I recently noticed the new warning against links to streaming video. I understand that as a site realGM cannot condone that type of activity. The thing I find funny is that a lot of avatars and signatures include copyrighted images, yet the site does not seem to police these violations.
Instead of making a thread just to be a douche, I will offer "feedback and suggestions"...
In other forums I have noticed a "thanks" button. This button serves to acknowledge the fact that the poster wrote or provided something positive. It may just be with the Raptors board, but it seems like when somebody starts a really good thread it doesn't generate any discussion because they were bang on.
Now I have never actually written anything positive, so I am not hear crying about my unacknowledged posts (I am however crying because of The Notebook, that movie was spectacular). I just think that a little love is a nice thing (maybe The Notebook has affected my thinking?).
On another subject, again this might just be the Raptors board. I feel that it should have more threads per page. I am not a computer guy, so maybe it's not possible, but it seems that other forums I have viewed have more than the 20 or so threads per page.
That's all I got, and yes I am awesome.

Linking to a picture does not create revenue loss for the NBA teams that RealGM licenses proprietary software. Linking to a game does cause the NBA significant revenue loss.

Re: Howard Mass!!!
We have no way of knowing anything on avatars.
However, we do know that those streaming links are illegal and are not going to allow them.

I think it is pretty clear when an avatar is a copyrighted image. The poster above you has a George Costanza image. Clearly that is a copyrighted image. My original post was just to point out that the site allows certain copy-written work but than lays the hammer down on others. Oh well, that's life.

Seriously, you're comparing streaming live games to an avatar of George Costanza?

The law doesn't do much to protect works with no commercial value.
