Preseason Gm 1: Clippers @ Warriors

Nice to see Ricky knocking down some 3balls. Apart from that I can't really comment because I didn't see the game. A little disappointed to see Baron with 7 turnovers. On a positive note he did get a decent amount of rebounds, which usually would mean he is in pretty good health and playing active.

I was at Oracle last night, you guys whouldve hated watching Maggette flop all over the place and totally sucker the replacement refs into calls on both ends.

Baron looks fantastic..As a warrior fan, I never saw him this slim and fit..He worked hard pregame on his shooting with Lucas .

Thornton was just completely lost out there..Warriors abused him.

Blake Griffen participated in the pregame warmups..

Jordan dominated the paint..

Maggs is in midseason form already

It's great that BD is in the best shape he's been in years. Once again, AT being AT. Once Sual starts hittin his shots, AT's starting job may be in trouble.

From listening on the radio I could tell Baron was playing harder than his stat line indicated.

“For our first game out we scored some good points but 27 turnovers by us; I’m not happy about that and 16 offensive rebounds. Those two areas are not what I was hoping it would be. We had some guys who had good performances and we will go back and build on it.”

“I saw good effort and good energy. DeAndre Jordan had a really good game for us. Some of the new guys came in and played well. We had some good runs and missed a lot of lay ups that hurt us but like I said, overall there were some good performances.”

“I thought that was our first time really playing; getting up and down. You know we haven’t done much scrimmaging in practice but there were some mistakes. We had a lot of turnovers and mental mistakes but all that stuff that we are doing is correctable. I like our effort. I like the way we look, this was the first time we really got a chance to see what we looked like.”

Im interested to see how Baron plays this season, did anyone see the whole game? i heard that baron davis looked thinner and played with more energy. Is that true?
