Thunder vs Hornets Preseason Game 2

Post#1 » by wizkid27 » Sat Oct 10, 2009 7:18 pm

End of the first half things have sounded pretty decent. Listening to a little bit of the game and it sounds like Harden and Ibaka have been really impressive. Green had a slow start but really seemed to come alive in the 2nd quarter.

Anybody else following this game at all?

I've been checking the box score online. Looks like Ibaka is having a very solid game so far.

Plus Westbrook with 8 dimes and only 1 TO so far. Keep it up kid. The kid is going to be really good, now if he can find a jumper sometime this season too.

Definitely like what Westbrook's been doing with the ball these first two games. Seems like we hung in there and played well with the starters and main bench guys in but once again got destroyed during scrub time.

Ibaka put up some nice numbers. Harden hasn't really been doing much.

Westbrook 18 assists and 3 turnovers through 2 games. That is a good sign.

Harden has been quiet, but he is doing the right thing. He's just playing within the flow. Not forcing anything.

It seems like Harden's offense (the little that there has been) has come in bunches. He'll take like 3 or 4 shots on almost consecutive possessions. I'm wondering if that's him be streaky or if it is just the preseason and the coaches saying "okay, we're going to try and do this now".
