Second, was in just me or did he seem to play hunched over the whole time? I understand post defense, but again, slumped over, off-balanced, bap positioning, slow on rotations, and just generally looked weak and overmatched. Very disappointing.

That's true about the hand. But good lord that release was ugly, and his "attempt" at defense left much to be desired.

I've only watched a quarter but so far I'm not feeling how this offense uses our PG's. It definitely seems to be taking them away from their strengths.

We will use waaaay more P/R-P/P when the season starts. We know that is a strength and we are working weaknesses in the preseason.

Flynn will improve when we run more P/r-P/P and we let him slash more. he is trying to learn the Triple post and that is tough.

I have very low hopes for Pecherov but this was his first game back from the injury. He did shoot ok in the summer league.

There was a lot of talk yesterday coming from the Wolves about them using more pick and roll during the season and that they're trying to expand Flynn's game in the pre-season with different styles of game. They know p/r is his strength. I can't wait til the season starts and that first p/r is called and Flynn takes the ball to the hoop and wrecks someone with a nasty flush.

Simple, he can sit on the floor, he is tall enough and he saves money from not buying the small furniture. He can go with the whole minimalist thing. It may toughen him up too.

I will say that I was quite impressed with just how much physically stronger Flynn seemed to be than the other PG's. He really will be able to take alot of contact attacking the basket.
