Would you trade for Captain Jack?
I think he would be a very nice addition on the team. Something like sending J Rich back to GS to get Jack would be an ideal trade.

Actually, he has a very different attitude. The guy is crazy but sort of like Ron Artest. He isnt like Marbury where he is a cancer.
Salary wise the Suns could send JRich and Alando Tucker for Jackson and Turiaf. Gives us a legit rebounder who can play center.

no i think the fans soured on J. Rich, there, they dont want him, or his contract. I would personally prefer the Jack over Rich, but have you seen his contract, he is like what 32..33, and his contract is looooonnnnggg man.

His contract is 35 million for 4 years. only 9 million a year. J-Rich was loved by GS fans and then after that awesome playoff run they traded him for Brandon wright...lol too funny. I think the fans would love to get him back in GS. Jackson is clutch and worth the 9 million a year that we chose to pay diaw each year..

I agree on his worth, he is clutch. If you told me we could get him and Turiaf, for Richardson, id say hell yeah, but i dont see it happening.

Re: Would you trade for Captain Jack?
THey would take JRich back in half a heartbeat. A JRich for SJax would be an absolute steal for them. Not only do they get rid of a guy who doesn't want to be there, they get rid of his stinking contract and JRich expires in in two seasons compared to four.
SJax is a tough player and would be great being the 2nd option for a championship caliber team like Cleveland or Spurs, but he has no place here. We're not in contention this season and he's just too expensive and too much of a head case to bring in. He's a guy with way too much baggage and only a team of veterans in championship mode would be enough to keep him in check.
Hate his contract or his defensive lapses, but JRich is a great fit here. He's an excellent 2nd or 3rd option especially with Nash giving him open looks all night. Unlike the Laker's who picked up a similar headcase in Artest, there's no need for us to take the risk of killing our chemistry just to win 4-5 more games and lose in the first or second round of the playoffs when we could probably do it without SJax.
Oh did I mention his extension doesn't pick up until after next season? Yeah, I think I did.
