I would like to see Daniels get 30+ minutes...He needs to get into a rhythm...

And of course, Giddens+Hudson for a quarter is always fun...

raptors have 12 new guys and 3 players from last year + new head coach + new assistant coach

which means

its gonna take some time for these guys to build chemistry and learn the system

and when they do they will beat the Celtics

and when they do they will still fail against Celtics, cause they have probably the softest frontcourt in the league and nobody in their starting five plays even average defense.

fixed.

I predict a celtics win KG will play around 25 again and hopefully RUpaul wont try to injur my boy again. as for calderon the guy is straight garbage IMO. derozan looks like he has some potential tho so im intrigued to see him in action. LET JR GIDDENS PLAY 20 MINUTES i want to see what he can do the guy is a rebounding monsterr

When the Celtics got KG and Ray Allen they had like 12 new players and the starters still looked phenomenal in preseason. In fact, that first game was a blowout of the Wizards. I can't picture the Raptors starting out as hot as the Celts did.

To be fair, not many teams in NBA history have been rebuilt and won the whole bag of marbles that season..

The KG thread gets locked because Raptor fans are "the worst on this site" according to your mod and "ruined" that thread where fairly civil posting was going on. I peek in here and see the same lack of class you guys love to accuse Raps fans of. Good stuff.

Anyway, I don't expect any miracles in Sunday's game. You guys should cruise to another win the way we've been playing. I just hope we get our stuff together so we can all enjoy a healthy rivalry during the season.

There's one freakin' post mocking Bosh and another responding to some baiting from a raps fan. Pretty on par with going to another team's board and accusing their players of being racists. Seriously dude, just get a life.

Go back and count how many people accused him of being racist in that thread, and for the record I think that argument is weak and said so in that thread. It was a good discussion with the exception of one poster that was a little too persistent, but not over the top. Now I'm going to bow out before I do the same. It was just an observation, no need to get worked up over it.

Right, cause I brought it up. Go sulk someplace else, no one is interested in it here.

Good luck guys, here's hoping for a good game.

Toronto is months away from being a finished product, so I just look for specifics. While I expect a loss, I just would like to see progress made from last game. I hope to see Hedo and Bosh get closer to game shape. I look for Bargnani to rough up KG again (you have to admit Bargs checking KG off the court was funny - interesting that KG didn't take issue - oh yeah, Bargnani isn't smaller... ;))

This game we don't have to watch your feed. I actually liked the commentators last game though. Some of your commercials were funny. What's a sofer? Some furniture store had them on sale... ;)

Don't take this post wrong, I am just trying to add some good natured ribbing.
I do what I feel, not because people ask me to do this,” Bargnani says, holding his hands over his head and doing a strange chicken dance.

Should be a fun game. Looking forward to the Daniels-House chemistry continuing to develop.

Note to offended Raptors fans: We write what we like on our board; you do the same on yours. The nasty stuff begins when you come here, or vice versa when another team's fan goes over there, and starts to fan the flames. It's easy - stay home. If you like your little strolls around the RealGM neighborhood realize you're a guest. You're not home anymore.

Daniels is starting at point in this game. Doc wants to see what the big lineup looks like.

Seriously? That would be great. I want to see Daniels play a lot of minutes today...
