I don't like the fact that I'm going to see him destroy my Bears two times a season for the next 10 years.

He is on pace to rush for 6,000 yards in his career against us.

Care to spare a RB or a OL or two? Or...all of them?

How fast is Devin Hester. I love how Baldinger thinks that AP is the only one who could catch him. What a game though by AP.
"Dude, all I am saying is we already have a starting RB, his name is Chester Taylor. Besides AP isn't that good anyways. I hope we draft McFadden." --Me after he broke the record.

Peterson is leading the league in rushing yards by 80 yards. Even more impressive is that he's played one less game than the guys who are closest to him.

And a star is born...

How lucky are we that we get to watch this guy for the next decade and beyond? He rushed for over 100 yards in the first half in the second straight game. Only difference? He got the same number of carries in the second half and carried us to a win. Props to Childress for learning from his mistakes.

I've become a huge fan. Caught my attention cause he's on my fantasy team, have been watching his highlights and looking for any piece on him/Minny on sportscenter.

Was real pissed he only got 12 carries last week :x

I've heard he has ridiculous workout habits. Anyone have a link to a description?

He still has a ways to go to get even with Walter Payton's feasting on the Vikings over his entire career. The single game record of 275 yards against the Vikings. Hopefully Adrian will break record against the Bears.

I said it before the season and I'll say it again.

Peterson is a better RB prospect than Bush and I would rather have Peterson on my team.

He could probably sit out the second half of the season and still have it wrapped up.

But I've still got hopes for league MVP.

IDK if Tom Brady didn't have such a great season Adrian would def be the mVP. All running backs are MVP's but if tehre is any chance a QB has a great season like Peyton or Brady did, they have to get the award.

For Peterson? 2,146 yards with 29 TDs.

Let me explain (and hopefully no one takes this seriously - I'm just trying to have some fun with it).

The accumulated averages for the Vikes remaining opponents rush defenses is 963 yards. So that is what is expected for the team to rush for the rest of the season. But, the Vikes are the best rushing team and run for 163% of the league per game average. So the Vikes will actually rush for 1570 yards for the rest of the year.

AD accounts for approximately 70.7% of the Vikes total rushing yards. So his cut of the 1570 yards equates to 1110 yards for AD. Add this figure onto his 1036 current yards and we have a new single season record setter with 2146 yards (Eric Dickerson's old record - 2105).

Oh and the 29 TDs... Um, he beat JL's record 295 yards by one yard, so why not beat LT's TD record by one TD to solidify the best seaon by a running back EVER (for the best running back EVER  ).

And I almost forgot to mention that AD will go for 300+ yards and 7 TDs (both records) against Denver who has the worst rushing defense in the league. Yeah, he's that good.

I dont watch much football these days but I saw AD run last week, and I had heard all the buzz about him but was not interested....yet!

That kid is crazy.

How was he not drafted #1?

....and wtf is this kids 40 time? high 4.2-4.3? He runs through and around people I love this kid.

Get this kid some receivers and a QB.
