Played 2k10 for 360. Pretty nice I'd say, graphically the character models really do look a lot like the real players. BUT....and I've heard the same thing happened last year and was patched....offline multiplayer was downright UNPLAYABLE. Framerate issues abound.

Live always seems to improve each year, but always falls short compared to 2k (I too, switched from Live to 2k back in 2k1 I think)...with some really bad installments here and there.

Basically... I made the following post that read "QFT" in this thread:

And was suspended for "trolling" the player comparison board. In hindsight that post wasn't my most intelligent move...

Though, and I wish I could search my own posts so I could verify this, but for the most part I think up until that one "QFT" slip-up I had done a pretty good job of making more serious posts on the player comparison board in recent months...

I also complained about this in the feedback forum but I'm not sure how some of my posts in the past have constituted "trolling" where as posters such as NYKnicks87, LebronCavs, and Twenty23 routinely make posts such as this:

one less kobe ball washer. over 9000 to go.

Without even the slightest of warnings...

I know we've been down this path before JJ, and there's not a whole lot you can do about it, but all I'm asking for is a bit of consistency from the mods...

If my post was "trolling" (numerous other posters have made the same exact post in the past), then okay I deserved the suspension (and regardless I admit I shouldn't have made that post), but you can't suspend one person for making one post and then let a number of other posters run amok whilst making the exact same or for lack of better words "worse" posts...

The frame rate thing has been a huge killer for me... and I don't even own the game

I was planning on getting 2k10 on it's release date but operationsports.com has a nice forum of diehard 2k & Live fans so I dropped by there consistently up until release day and I got the down low from them on the problems with the game...

There was a patch for 2k9 last year that helped clear up some of the online lag (I never experienced any offline lag / frame rate issues in 2k9), so I'm holding off purchasing 2k10 until it's 100% that the frame rate issues have been patched and some of the MyPlayer glitches have been fixed.

I got a PS3 and 2K10...and I keep getting killed. Much different than PS2. I can't defend, when I give them space they hit shots...when I play tight they blow by...even when I do play good D, they hit shots with hands in their faces.

Google Operation Sports, go on their forums and ask the people there... You generally have to do a bit of slider tweaking to get a realistic game...

Rich, we need on of these. A lot of boards have them, that way the board doesn't get littered with off topicthreads and you don't have to lock them.
