Just a little OT guys-

One of the things that I would like to see riding around on North Carolina's highways are the specialty license plates that the DMV issues for both the Panthers and the Hurricanes- only with the Bobcats or whatever the team will be called in the Post Bob Johnson era. I just renewed my license sticker and took a looky at the various specialty plates available. No Bobcats. Not EVEN any love in our home state!

Noticeably absent from Tuesday night's first preseason home game was team owner Bob Johnson. Also, noticeably absent is the sale of the team that was supposedly close to being done over the summer to an ownership group from Houston. In, fact people close to the inner workings of the Bobcats say the "deal's dead", and, that Johnson, who reportedly lost passion for the team last spring and was committed to selling, is now "re-engaged", a word floating around the halls of TWC Arena.
