I like Evans more but Hawes is the more conventional choice. It really depends on what position you need to fill.

Pick up Tyreke Evans. He will get you solid pts, rebs, assists for a pg. He will hurt you in TO's though. I think he has more value right now and has had a nice pre-season. look for him to get plenty of minutes this year. Hawes on the other hand seems to be in Westphal's doghouse, not quite sure whats going on there. Quality bigs are harder to come by so I'd keep an eye on Hawes because I think he could be a good player.
