To rape and pillage the league with reckless abandonment! :D

Or so i hope. Call me crazy, but i hope Nash goes down at some point (nothing serious) and gives Dragic some good minutes starting.

I'm considered a Nash hater and I don't even wish injury on him

Would I like to see him traded so Dragic gets more playing time? Sure but I don't want to see him get injured for that to happen.

Well Nash will likely miss a few games anyways at some point, and the team will be forced to roll with a starting lineup of either

Dragic
Rich
Hill
Amare
Frye

or

LB
Rich
Hill
Amare
Frye

Both lineups have trainwreck written all over it.

This thread will be fun to revisit for lolz when it happens

Dragic has looked distinctly mediocre and erratic over the summer, both at the LVSL and the Euroleague. He was awful last year, and there's not a lot of evidence to support the position that he's going to be better this time around.

So, basically I expect him to be only marginally better than he was last year, and God help us if Nash gets hurt.

Anyone who thinks this team would be better off with Dragic than Nash needs their head examined.

oh, lol, i dont want him to get permanently injured, but let me explain my self...

Nash will most likely miss nine or ten games, and what i am saying is it would be better if he just missed them all successively, like say, because he tweaked his back/ ankle, and he missed 5 games for precaution. then he misses 4 more games for similar reasons.

dragic now has a chance to gel with the starters, and get some nice chemistry/confidence, thus leading to confidence. otherwise, if the games are seperated, then the starting lineup's play is awkward.

POST_SCRIPT:
please dont question how much i love steve nash. dont be silly. i am ALMOST offended. :-?

you know there is such a thing called resting players. why would you hope nash gets injured when you can easily sit him out some games. Dragic then gets more minutes and there, problem solved.

he should be back in europe or the d-league. waste of effort, time, and money. he's garbage.

Whether he misses games successively or not, this team is gonna be garbage without Nash.
Dragic and Barbs are not capable of running an offense (and they still won't be able to even if they started at point for the entire season), and Hill's a solid point forward but he can't do it all by himself at this stage of his career.

Weak rebounding is already enuf of an issue, if on top of it the only guy who keeps the offense running goes down, it's over.

umm, yes, i do know what that is...

read above comment; TWEAK his ankle. PRECAUTION. they wouldnt just rest steve nahs for a week.

He should start on the all-star team or win MVP. "see how little that does?"
-Rsavaj said the opinion thing. just giving him props for the quote.

what you said is a debatable topic.

I don't hope nash goes down, but I do hope the team rests him more this year...at least against bad teams. let dragic take the bulk of the minutes there, we need nash for the home stretch.

how can you possibly think that dragic is the worst player on our team? all of tucker, collins, grifin and rolo are worse than him. he is even better than clark. doesnt that make him the 8th best player on our oh so talented team?

why do people hate Goran Dragic so much?!?!?! please, just give me some reasons. i will argue any point against him!
