My team:

(1) Chris Paul PG
2. (24) Carmelo Anthony SF
3. (25) Gilbert Arenas PG
4. (48) Carlos Boozer PF,C
5. (49) Emeka Okafor PF,C
6. (72) Paul Millsap SF,PF
7. (73) Richard Jefferson SF
8. (96) Rodney Stuckey PG,SG
9. (97) Thaddeus Young SF,PF
10. (120) Louis Williams PG,SG
11. (121) Chris Andersen PF,C
12. (144) Marquis Daniels SG,SF
13. (145) Rudy Fernandez PG,SG

except that I drafted Lou Williams by mistake {he was a very late pick for me}, Im pretty happy.

I would be willing to explore trading Carmello, RJ or Milsap as well as some of the lesser kids like Rudy

Dude, did you seriously draft Flash over LeJesus?!

method: let's try it again next season. We probably weren't clear on the log in procedures. No worries.

Ever been in a H2H league with 11 categories?

Post#173 » by Big Chan » Wed Oct 28, 2009 1:56 pm

Just joined a H2H league, which is my first time doing H2H. The commissioner did 11 categories, with Off rebound, def rebounds, and total rebounds. This is not normal right? I saw this and automatically went for the best rebounders in the draft. Took dwight with the 4th pick, and targeted Kidd and Rondo but couldnt get either. Check out my team, there is NO WAY i don't win this right?

Westbrook
Iguodala
Derrick Rose
Wilson Chandler
Zach Randolph
Brook lopez
Dwight howard
Roy Hibbert
Jason Thompson
Tyreke Evans
Ronnie Brewer
Anthony Morrow
DJ augustin

I have thrown out TO, 3PT, and FT %. I am going to beast boards, blocks, fg percentage, and be competitive in steals, points.

I win right?

Ehh, let's see... you've conceded TO, 3PT, FT%, and probably AST as well. You'll likely win in the 3 REB cats, BLK, FG%. That's 5-4 in your favor. Steals and points could go either way. I'd say that's a middle of the pack team.

How is that middle of the pack? All you have to do is win 6 categories to win for the week. So if i am a lock to win 5, and a lock to lose 4, and the next two could go either way, looks like that is 6-5, or did i miss something?

If you have a whole season with weekly scores of 7-4, 6-5, or 5-6, in a 20 week season you might end up with a record of somewhere between 110-110 and 130-90. I think the high end would put you in the top quarter of your league, the low end would put you in the middle.

Yes...yes I did...but it was an accident thanks to my damned inability to log in and messing around the predraft rankings. I'm not too mad about it though because that PG,SG for Wade opens up a lot of options. I like my squad, but I've never been good at fantasy basketball. My team looks right, especially if my two waiver moves go through.

Gallo! nice night big cock! no homo. Came through big time for me with 7 threes. 22-6 on 7-14 for the night, not bad, not bad at all.

Chandler and Lee did well for me too.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.
