Hello Mr. Hibbert.
If you can do that against Dwight Howard, you can do it against anyone.
Thank you Sir.

p.s. it would be great if you could help me prove my doubters wrong. Remember, I traded Tony Parker for you.

Just another example of how theman trades away young emerging talent just before they break out for rusty old veterans.

I will say despite my general doom and gloom, I have been impressed with Blake Griffin and Tyreke Evans have done early on...and I think they will exceed pre-draft expectations.

I've decided to say "screw you" to karma and point this out. A week ago I traded Tony Parker for Hibbert and Al Thornton, and you all laughed me to scorn.

Try this on for size:

Tony Parker 14 points, 2 assists, 5-9 FG
vs.
Al Thornton: 20 points, 8-10 fG%, 6 boards, 4-4 FT
Roy Hibbert: 16 points, 3 blocks, 7-10 FG

No, I don't care it's the preseason. Because you know what, these numbers aren't outside the realm of possibility in the regular season people. :naaa:

I do though!

I'm in trouble if the preseason is any indication of regular season stats.

Looks about right. I think it's accurate to say the 3-5 range is pretty close. Again we also see proof that my "rival" is the league doormat.

Your rival? I'm sorry, we already filled that position. At any rate, you weren't qualified to be my rival. We had many other very qualified applicants. You were unable to pass the intelligence tests we require for that position and your resume needs some real work too.

Don't worry though, we will keep your application on file for 1 year and will contact you in the event another position opens up.

It's only you Brian who has a rivalry in this league. Actually, you've got two.

I want one. Keeping in mind that I'd like to win the rivalry on every occasion, Jordan, I'm extending an offer for rivalry...ship. It's like friendship, but for rivals. It's very exclusive.

Question on the IL this year. Will the commissioner by dropping the players to the waiver or are we doing it ourselves?

Wow, I'm the only one with a rivalry? I haven't even won anything (outside of the consolation championship). I must be pretty cool to be the only one with a rivalry.

As for the rivalry position...we, the management, considered your application, but there was one problem: You have half of my players, and I have half of yours...and in 6 months, we'll be trading back. Hard to call your trade partner a rival.

You can do it, just don't jump the gun, otherwise I won't show you much mercy. You've all been warned.

Is there anyway to subscribe to a topic on realgm and get email notifications when new responses are posted?

This is a common feature on a lot of message boards but I couldn't figure out if RealGm supports it or not.

Any comments after three days?

Personally, I've been pleased with most of my young guy's first games. Gordon, Westbrook, Green, Bargnani all had good to great games.

After doing so much talking, Carl hasn't set his lineup yet.

Good to see Brian up and theman down, even if it is only three days.

Close contest Ham. Although, if I had remembered to set my lineups Fri night it might not be quite so close.

I'm definitely encouraged by the play of my young guys. Rose, Noah, Tyrus all had decent weeks. Diaw seems to be the guy in Charlotte for now. B-Easy is coming a long.

Appreciate that :D . I fully expected to lose this week, so any assistance is appreciated. My team is missing Dunleavy, Garcia, and Love due to injuries, and JRich for the first two games with suspension. I think once healthy, I should have a decent team if my young bigs keep playing well - Blatche hopefully gets minutes when Jamison returns, Speights continues to get minutes (ship Dalembert out of Philly?), and Yi gains some consistency. Brand looks to be settling back in from his injuries and Varejao has been a decent role player. If Love comes back strong, then I have a solid group of bigs.
