I guess I might as well tell it like it is.

Amare still can't finish in traffic he fumbles the ball alot he gets stripped really easily he still doesn't try on the boards he looked like he was trying a little more on defense but still got worked most of the game and most of all the thing that pisses me off is he is a horrible teammate he only cares about himself he doesn't know how to enjoy any players company.

He got the game-winning "stop" then his teammates surround him and he looks like he wants to get the hell out of there. Amare is really selfish and he obviously is far from 100 percent.

At least we won't have to pay him MAX dollars! Nah j/k i think he'll be fine, watching Kaman beast him all night was uncomfortable. Hope the eye injury hasn't damaged his depth perception, he can't hang on the damn ball, seriously though the eye is making me nervous......

Only one game of the real season, he needs to find his rhythm and get his legs under him. I think this is been the first time I have not seen him DUNK once in a game? He looked tired as well, but give it a couple of weeks into the season and he should start rolling. It's his contract year, he will play out of his mind he has no other option.

I don't freak out over one game. If you guys remember Amare has been actually pretty below average catching the ball in traffic off of Nash bounce passes in the recent pass. I don't know what it is it's really not that hard but if he wants max dollars he better play alot better on the defensive end and rebounding.

Oh well.

Let's go out and beat golden state.

I do think it has a lot to do with him not playing for so long and the seriousness of the eye injury. Yes, he was already turnover prone and tonight it was much worse. He probably will be back to form by mid season or he may never be back to form. That is an awful injury to overcome

I will say this about Amare. His jumper from about 20 feet out is automatic. It's one of the best in the league. I'd almost go to him all the time out there it seems like he doesn't miss from that range.

He's turned into a tall SG. First real game since February but dude needs to get his explosion back ASAP.

Yeah Amare looked terrible. And that's an understatement.

If this continues, say bye bye to an extension and hello to him signing elsewhere.

Kaman and Camby absolutely manhandled Amare and Frye. Wow.

I've mentioned, hinted, and said to you all for some time now that Amare being the player of old is a strong concern within the organization.

I think the prob is Gentry isn't setting up pick and rolls so he doesn't look as explosive as before.

Maybe Amare lost his explosiveness but he's still money taking jumpers yet he only had 6 field goal attempts. Putting up what was it 16/4 with only 6 shots is pretty impressive, he should be getting at least 20 shots per game. The Suns got lucky and won tonight and I'm glad they did but that's not going to continue if Amare gets 6 shots per game.

Im more worried that he might never learn to stand his ground on the defensive end. His shooting is spot on.

At least he is in a contract year, hopefully we see some improvement, I mean doesnt this guy want to get PAID next year???

"MaryvalesFinest" ...The Suns got lucky and won tonight...

"Some aging white PG named Nash bailed them out for the win"...that would be more accurate

It is a concern I have had for the past two years. I still hope I am wrong, and it is just a funk he is in, but someone needed to draw him a map, because he looked lost out there.

I know it is only one game, but damn! It did work to his advantage at the end. Because he couldn't even jump, he didn't get called for the foul. I am very glad that he has the two old men out there to save his arse. Did he make a lay-up?

All the Hill and Nash haters can turn around and take it!

The good news is we will definitely have Amare next year( for those who were worried.) There is no way he is giving up $17 mil.
