It's hard to pick a winner when the Bobcats level of disgustingness was the only thing that really stood out last night. I also voted for Shelden, this may be his only opportunity for a cigar all season.

:D The conditions were perfect. Plus, Shelden totally owned the last 4 minutes of the game.

No option for Larry Brown?

Asked if he'd ever coached a team that scored in the 50s, Hall of Famer Larry Brown said, "I don't know if they call that coaching."

"Our team wasn't prepared. Weren't ready to play," he said. "That's nobody's fault but the coach."

man you guys looked good. Crushed the bobcats but did you see the Spurs and Magic. I have a feeling the top teams in this league are justing going to crush other teams. Congrats on the 2-0. Guys are looking good as long as KG's knee holds up.

Did this "Victory" vote originate here or is it done all over Realgm?

The "victory" cigar was a play off of Red, who would light cigars for each victory and smoke them as he sat back from coaching and watched his team beat other teams in the final few minutes of each game. And that's where this thread came from.

It has no relation to a thread about a sweater on the ORL board.

We could invent something new, like the Gino Award for the player who placed the dagger. Should be Pierce/Allen most of the time but still fun :)
