Yep, indeed.

Looks like I'll have to bust my head on the monitor once again, to find a good stream (just like I did Wednesday, before finding out that NBA.COM was offering a frew LP preview).

I'm trying hotspot shield but it's not working. 99 Problems, any luck with you?

EDIT: I ran CCleaner and it's working now.

I am at work which uses a NY proxy so right now I'm seeing the Knicks and Nets games are blackout along with the ESPN games. The Raptors game shows its upcoming.

I'll find out when I go home if the method works.

REPOST:

i know they have a free preview of League Pass, so i just activated mine

and when i pointed my mouse over at the raptors and memphis game the message says "the game isnt available to view in League Pass"

is there a reason for that? is it because of my location (canada)?

Guys who have the blackout, I was getting it to, you need to clear out your internet cache and cookies with CCleaner or similar program before using HotSpotShield. I did that and it shows the game as upcoming.

Good Luck.

I think TSN2 games are blacked out.
There would be 27 games in TSN2 (26 after tonight).

I was about to watch the Spurs last night, but they are not on because TSN2 has it.

I know there is another thread provide some solution to avoid blackout, but it doesn't work for me, is there other suggestion on viewing those games? Anyone tried VPN? Does it work?

VPN works. I signed up with a VPN server as I found Hotspot's bandwidth to be low. The last game was too choppy. And I'm able to access sites like Hulu which I don't think work with proxies like Hotspot.

Guys.Try Hulu to log in. But as soon as you are in, disconnect. With Hulu you are not getting your full download speed of your ISP.

When I tried to watch the Mavs game last Tuesday, it was like a few seconds of video, then a few seconds of freezing, and so on. Forget about trying to watch 3 games at once.

This works, do it. Its from my other thread--->

99 Problems wrote:NBA League Pass Broadband.. Somewhere in the realm of $150- $200 bucks for the entire season, price will be out soon.. I think after the new year the price drops to $100 flat.. Yes, if you live in Canada all Raptors games will be blacked out for you but there is a way to get around that..

HotspotShield and CCleaner will get you through the entire year.. Wat you do is download those two programs, Hotspot Shield is a proxy program and you use CCleaner to clean your registry and cookies and all that.. Before every game, use CCleaner to clean your info, then start HotSpot Shield. It usually gives you a US IP adress, so you wait until the program starts, then you log in to NBA.com broadband and you'll be able to access the game..

If for any reason the program stops, or you quit it, you will have to exit the BroadBand browser and everything else, use CCleaner, then start Hotspot Shield, and log in again..

Yes this works, I've used it all of last year without a hitch.. Its in crystal clear quality, sometimes HD, others times regular.. If you have high speed internet you're set.. And you can use a wireless router too, although you will get the best results if you connect your laptop or whatever directly to your modem physically..

Word of warning though, make sure you use the proxy when you sign up.. Last year, I signed up when I was in Buffalo, so they saw a US IP address initially.. Then when I came back I was able to use the proxy whenever.. I don't know what is gonna happen if you try to sign up with a Canadian IP address, like if they will log it or not..

But once you get this thing running, its really convenient.. You can watch it at school during lectures, in the library, on the Greyhound, wherever.. When we had games on TSN2 and I was at home, I even connected my laptop to my HDTV and watch it on there via the League Pass Broadband...

I got mine to say "upcoming" as well by using Hotspot and clearing cookies from Firefox.

The trick to using Hotspot is to connect with it on and as soon as you're done, turn Hotspot off since it will slow down your connection.
