The Spurs got a strong performance from Manu Ginobili, who scored 13 points, three assists and one killed bat in a reserve role.
Ginobili's biggest contribution might have been his corralling of a bat that flew onto the court.
The bat swooped onto the court late in the first period, scattering players and stopping play. It flew away, then returned, briefly. Ginobili knocked it down with a bare hand, picked it up and carried it off the court to thunderous cheers. A trainer then emerged to squirt sanitizer on Ginobili's hand.
