Bogut or Oden

Post#1 » by elitethatsme » Sun Nov 1, 2009 10:35 pm

So i recently dropped Bogut for Gallinarri. I know kind of a risky move, but I'm a Knicks fan and I think this kid is the truth. I just couldnt help but snatch him up. Plus bogut has been awful first 2 games.

My question is did i drop the wrong guy? I also have Greg Oden on my squad, who do u guys think is better? I picked Oden cuz i think he has more upside...

Check out my roster.. You guys think i should drop someone else and re-add bogut? Other notable free agents in my league are Hinrich, TJ Ford, Battier

Judging by your roster you really shouldn't be adding another shooter at all. What you really need is double double guys with shot blocking ability and higher FG%. And that is exactly the type of player you just dropped from your squad. You already have the stats covered the Gallanari would help you with what you need to do is find some guys to help you raise your FG% because as of now It looks to me like your going to give that one away every week.

you may want to also look at moving one of your guards for a big like Okafor or beidrins on Noah or somebody who is going to get you 10/10 on 50% shooting and a blk because you really need the help in those areas.

Rather than dropping or adding, I suggest you do a trade. Trade Gallinari, while he's stock is high. Trade him for a double double guy who can give you defensive stats. Maybe a package of Gallinari + Brooks/Gordon for Okafor? or Gallinari + Hamilton/Brooks for Hawes?
