When Love is close to returning, I suggest you drop Blatche.
It's really torn between Blatche and Hill. But I think Blatche will have a significant drop in his number once Jamison returns. I suggest you do a 2 for 1 trade, involving Blatche while his stock is high. Then fill Love with the open roster spot.
