Haha, I feel exactly the same way.
Anyway, Cliff Lee with an absolute GEM of a ballgame. We've kinda been harsh on the guy in defense of our own Cy, but this acquisition for the Phils has paid major, major dividends.

Bautista outplays his contract by more than $70 million over the next four seasons (2013-2016).

Look likes I'm gonna be in NYC on Nov 5, which is the day of the potential game 7. That's gonna be quite confusing to be there with millions of Yankee fans.

Sorry I haven't been able to update in the past few weeks, haven't been on realgm and very busy. Great world series so far. And thanks to whichever mod updated this thread in my absence.

Hawaiian pizza is good.

Hahaha at the commentators going on and on and on about Doc Halladay during a potential World Series winning game.

Yanks bought another championship. But this is about a $1B they spent since 2000.

3 of the top 4 paid players are on the Yankees. There is no way though MLB will do anything about this though. They love Yankees winning it all. They will milk this until fans around other cities realize that their team has no shot because they can't spend 200m+. No other team spends over 140, that is not good for the game to have this type of gap.

The problem being that the Yankees contribute so much in luxury tax (over $25m a year, which equals a paycheque of nearly $1m per team), plus revenue sharing dollars (which equates to much, much more), that the other owners have less incentive to rein them in.

**** your asterisk.
