KG's D was great and Rondo stepped up in the second half but I voted for Perk. Solid all the way through and I'm SO, SO glad he finished out the game instead of Sheed. Sheed's game is often Anoine Walker level annoying. He's a good pickup for us but the claim that he's just as intense as KG and doesn't take plays off is laughable.

I voted Perk. I thought he gave the most consistant effort. Rondo had his spurts, but Flynn drove by him way too often. KG had a solid statistical night, but as Mike Gorman said during the broadcast, he had a very "quiet" solid statistical night. He and the team were also bailed out on that jump ball call. KG had poor positioning and got a superstar call there.

I think the jump ball call was correct, but even if you disagree, Corey Brewer is shooting 53% from the line this year. Odds are, even if he goes to the line he's not knocking down both. So either way, KG's defensive play was excellent. He got enough of the ball for the ref to call a jump, and even if they call the foul the odds are favorable that the Cs still get the win.

That was a textbook jump ball call at the end. He had his hand all over the ball and was pushing it out of Brewer's hands. If KG was tangled up with Brewer's arms, then it should've been a foul, but he had his hands on the ball, stripping it away then they called the jump ball.

Perk. He seemed like the only one ready to play from the get-go. I loved how he took it to Big Al, blocked shots, played tough on the glass, and generally acted like the nail-chewing beast we've come to know and love.

I thought Perk did well against Jefferson, I though Wallace was good as well. People need stop crying about the 3's that is the man's game, screaming **** and grabbing dead balls isn't the intensity in Garnett's game that people admire that is the side effect, it alone is fake hustle. Wallace plays damn hard on the defensive end.

I went with Rondo he was left open for sure but he took advantage and really turned the tide on the defensive end. He played a smart game in a game that overall looked pretty stupid.

Tough night, but cant really blame players for being exhausted. In similar nights Lakers, Cavs, Magic and Spurs all got spanked bad, while Celtics out-willed Wolves, they get extra respect points from me :D As often is in such situations, KG bailed the team out, he gets my vote.
Who would win one-on-one in HORSE?

Bird: Nobody beats me in H-O-R-S-E. Besides, Magic cant shoot.

Magic: Larry, you'd have no chance against me one-on-one. I've got too many ways to beat you. Plus, as slow as I am, I'm still faster than you.

Rondo, totally, he was so active in the 2nd half, but I don't want to ever see him pull up again, when they give him space, drive and dish, period, all three of my kids, (really, two of em,) could out shoot him, (and they're only making 9 mill per year.)
Tanking :nonono: Live for the day 8-)
