Curry? No thanks. The only way he's making an impact is if he's a PG, and I like Flynn and Rubio a lot better there. If we were going to take a SG to pair with Flynn instead of Rubio, I would have gone for DeRozan over Curry every time.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

curry has incredible range and will be a awesome shooter from anywhere on the court
why would you not want a scorer that can hit the 3 :-?

I honestly can't stand people who say they are outraged when we didn't draft the players considered steals of the draft. I mean where were they before the NBA Draft? It's like the sports analysts who gave us an incomplete grade, they didn't know themselves, but reserve the right to bash the team months after the smoke clears.

I would like a scorer who can hit a three. Just not a "SG" who is 170 lbs and frail, isn't going to defend anyone and can't get to the basket particularly well.

We're barely a week into the season and we're already regretting things. Seriously, give it at least a couple of years before we play the coulda woulda shoulda game.

i have no doubt flynn will be good, what i dont like is leaving a top 5 pick in europe for 2 years
btw espn had blair as a 1st rounder as well as budinger and yes at one stage espn had us taking him at 18 ,we could of had a nice piece in one of those 2
the scouts that go to these games shouldnt be making such huge mistakes

I clicked on this thread hoping it would be a "list the top 3 guys you feel the Wolves should not have let go" type of thing. Instead it's this crap? I'm going to go ahead and post as if the thread were what I was Expecting:

1. Billups (I know the stories, I just really wish we could've had the vision to hold on to someone who was improving as much as Billiups, especially when your current PG is getting older and more frail each game played).

2. Trade Foye and ANYTHING for Iverson. I don't know if it was possible for Sweaters gone Fishin', but maybe a guy like Kahn could've made it work. We would've been terrible that first year, but then probably sexy enough to lure a decent MLE and vet min type of guy.

3. We should have kept Eddie Griffin and hired him a shrink. Not only because he had loads of potential, but because it could've possibly saved his life. R.I.P.

It was Blair's knees that was the issue, not so much the scouts.

It might have been that a 6'7 280 lb center would have been an awkard fit to an already undersized and underathletic frontcourt. I wouldn't have minded taking him at 28 instead of Ellington as BPA.

Your post contradicts a little bit. I don't see how it hurts to wait for Rubio if the other option was to draft pieces that are so completely mismatched.
