Kahn expects to bring in star free agent next summer!

Regarding the salary cap, Wolves' owner Glen Taylor said, "we've got ourselves in a situation next year where we're low enough so that we could go out and try to bring in a free agent, and in this particular case I'm talking about maybe a free agent that has some star quality and experience.

I know it's hard to believe and im not saying he's going to, but don't completely smash the possibility, look at the talent around Bron rite now, that team without him is lottery bound, i mean down there in like top 3 worst, we are in way better position to go further than what the Cavs got now

Love > Varejao

Flynn, an up and coming star, Sessions, and rights to Rubio, and prolly a top 5 pick this year

We are set, now just add Bron to that mix......and im sure Bron recognizes that as well. He is looking at all different scenarios

The Wolves? That's stoner talk. Wolves are probably bottom 5 teams that Wade and LBJ would want to play for.

Not sure what star we have a shot at, you'd have to be liberal w/ the term "star". Joe Johnson, maybe Redd opts out for a shot at long term security if he has a great season, or Gay are the only 3 that I can imagine. Maybe a flier on Ginobili if he looks healthy since we can draft a swing and Gino can start or play 6th man.

Cleveland Basketball is boring. Timberwolves are one of a few teams that really make sense, I really belive it will come down to can Rambis & staff develop talent, if they can, it's not that absurd. It would be a boom for the Nba. Timberwolves are assembling a exciting style for fans. I have been impressed with the ball movement. LBj or no LBJ it is clear that they are putting together a team that will be very competive well into the future.

let it be written..

lebron aint gonna take less money to come play with sota wolves im sorry he wont....by coming here he'd leave about 20 mill on the table to come to a bottom 5 nba team. It's a nice pipe dream but not real. Cleveland can pay him the most money, most likely he stays if not think jersey or new york to go get cozy with his buddy jay z

I agree with J2J and hotshotschamp here. LeBron won't take 20 million less to play in another small/medium media market. if he signs elsewhere it will be in a (much) bigger media market.

what am I chopped liver? I was the first one to proclaim Lebron would never play in Minnesota. Go check page 1 if you want proof. Before I came along everybody in Minnesota thought LBJ to the Wolves was a foregone conclusion.

Lebron coming to Minnesota would be the biggest twist in sports history. He has a better chance at playing for DKV Joventut than the Timberwolves.

Alot of Timberwolve fans think players dont want to play in Sota because of the weather or size of the market. Fact is Sota has never been able to develop talent, and superstars know that has to happen, teams just cant shuffle players and remian a dynasty for long. Timberwolves prove they can do that players will be in line to play in Sota.
