St. Louis Rams or the Miami Dolphins

Not sure if that implies that those are the two worst teams in the NFL because i would add Atlanta and maybe San Francisco, there are just a lot of bad teams out there.
With Bulger back and injuries to the Dolphins backs i would probably go with the Rams in a toilet ball game. Going forward i think if Orlando Pace can come back and they'll get some receivers back and Jackson can run the ball the Rams are probably a team that can turn it around next year. The Dolphins need help in several areas and some of their better defenders arent getting any younger.
Atlanta is terrible also, they sort of hang in there against some mediocre teams but the Vick fallout is going to be tough to overcome short term. The Niners are going backwards, they're probably going to be ok but they dont have a first round pick this year(New England, yeah they really need it) and some guys they depend on like Alex Smith and Vernon Davis havent exactly set the world on fire.

Just curious, jumanji, what do you have against Atlanta? I have noticed you make a point to point out how bad they are just about every chance you get. What team are you a fan of?
And Atlanta could have just as easily won 4 of our games if just a couple plays went in our favor. We're competitive unlike the Rams or Dolphins. We have been in every game other than the Vikings (and this was only because of two INT returns for TDs) and Giants until the very end. Just keep blowing our golden opportunities.
Back on topic, I'd pick the Dolphins in a close, painful 7-3 game.

I would have to say the Rams are the Worst. They Have no O-line, Jackson hurt, Bulger hurt and when healthy has no time to find a reciever. Than they have a D with more holes than a strainer. I would say if they played Dolphins would win 17-6.
But both teams are Garbage.
I think ATL is very underrated (although they aren't great either) But they have a pretty solid D, if they can net a good QB for next year and maybe a nice reliable reciever I think they could contend for the NFC south.

Oh ok now i need to explain why i think Atlant is bad. I can tell you're a dihard fan but where's the talent. It's isnt in the backfield, the receivers are atrocius and i dont see the defense being any better, i hope your team gets better and wins all their remaining games but i dont think they're any good, free country i guess.
Grew up a Pats season ticket holder and now live on the west coast, so i guess i have to root for whoever plays good ball and Atlanta of course.

Not with Ronnie Brown out for the year.
Miami is just flat out, horrible on almost every aspect of their team.

Where's the talent? Not in the backfield? Jerious Norwood? One of the most talented young players in the league. Receivers? Roddy White is having a breakout season. He's on pace to become the Falcons first 1000+ yard receiver since Terrance Mathis. Jenkins has been solid outside of a couple of games, Horn is still reliable, Laurent Robinson has made some great catches. Receivers still have their bad days, but Hue Jackson has really made a difference. The reason we're so bad on offense is because our OL can't run block and it's pretty bad in pass protection, made worse by Harrington's occasional mental lapses.
The defense has been very good considering how terrible the offense has been. They're consistently put on the field in bad situations and they find a way to get out of it. Or the end up hurting themselves with dumb penalties after making a good stop.
I didn't say you can't say Atlanta was bad, I just wanted to know why you think that. Too many people just go off what they saw on Sportscenter. Not that I'm not guilty of this.

Miami by far IMO.
I don't think Atlanta is all that bad, if they could sure up the o-line some, they would be really good IMO.
