WHAT NEXT?!?!?! CDR HAS H1N1

Post#1 » by ecuhus1981 » Sat Nov 7, 2009 11:01 pm

Geez, our team is jinxed! We all know that H1N1 is going around this season; it's not just that, it's everything. We're dressing the league-minimum 8 players tonight.

Get well soon, CDR. I've said it before: you're the only guy on our team that acts like he owns a set! We need you out there!

Trenton TRIPLE H Hassell has beef with your last comment.

The swine got him ! :(

It's ok though I have full confidence in Lee and Williams picking up the slack !

Either jinxed or it's our density (Back to the Future) to get the first pick this year.

I and a lot of my family and extended family just got over it.

I don't know how typical this is but it was worse the first 4 or 5 days. Then it seemed like it would go away but pop back up off and on after a day or two of feeling good. But when the symptoms came back it was to a far lesser degree. For me it was usually nausea and cold sweats for the recurrences. Freezing but sweating a lot.

That was typical of others in the family as well. But they all had different things that were common so I know that it varies from person to person.

I finally stopped having symptoms comletely after like 2 weeks and that just happened like a week agon. I am sure it is gone now.

The good thing is that it's really not that much worse than the regular flu. But since I rarely get regular flu and I got this, I can only assume that it's much more contagious.

He's a healthy person so he should be perfectly fine. Just keep him away from the team until the fever stage (and not all have it) is over with. I heard that it is only contagious during the fever stage and a couple days after that ends. But I'm not sure how accurate that is.

It's much more serious for very young children. For me, I just took Tylenol for the killer headaches, nausea and body aches. The 2 year old was bad but she got meds to help her get over it.

Your player will be fine, for most I don't think it's much different than the regular flu.

Thanks for the well wishes SOUP but I'm pretty sure we're all over it now.

I'm not a Dr. so I don't know what is common for others except for what I have seen personally. Runny nose, occasional diahrrea, fever, cloudy head and being really tired and run down etc to go along with what I have already mentioned. The symptoms would mix with others and sometimes some wouldn't be around but come back again later. For most of us was the worst of it lasted about a week or so. Some longer than others. I was one of the last ones to get it.

The important thing for the Nets is that your player will most likely get over it soon enough from everything I have seen and heard.

Carter & Anderson are both out and Magic got routed by OKC. Nets even jinx their former players.

It made you feel good because Kevin Durant led my fantays team to a 7-2 week.
