2. How do you figure? 15.8 + 15.2 = 31 + 3.1 = 34.1 + 4.1 = 38.2 + 2.1 = 40.3 + .8 = 41.1 + .8 = 41.9 + 3 = 44.9

3. I didn't look up any recent pics of SMG when I made the sig so not sure how well(or badly) she may have aged. She looks damn fine in the shots I used though and that was all I cared about when making it.

Oh I see... I was using Hoopshype. Well then.... your team isn't fair.

Btw...................

OK. Check this out. I'm a long time Hawks fan. I've been staying in Memphis since my shortie (girlfriend) lives here. So I've been checking the home games. This is my non fan perspective. I think with a few moves you can build a winning franchise again.

- YOu should be glad to Iverson gone. You didn't need him except to sell tickets. So with him gone you are one step towards a winning franchise. LOL

- 2nd I doubt if this team will lure a big time free agent. I would close the hopes of that. Plus you have potential superstars on the team.

- Next, Let Lionel Hollins finish the season out. Evaluate him on the end of the season.

- Next your team has too high of a payroll to be losing like this. With this economy cost cutting needs to be a factor. Zack Randolph is your leading scorer, but do you really need him? No. Young talent on this team needs to develop and he is stunting your growth. The Cleveland Cavs can use Zack big time. I'm pretty sure Cleveland will realize this sooner or later. Trade him for Ilgauskas and Delonte West. Ilgauskas contract expires at the end of the season. Hell he would take a cheap buyout to go back to Cleveland. Delonte West has one more year left on his contract. He may have psychological problems, but he is a good cost cutting move and could provide back up minutes at the SG position.

- Thabeet needs to be inserted into the starting line-up. With Zack gone, he needs to learn the position of center the hard way. So play him.

- Marc needs to move to PF. I think he will be a lot more effective at that position. He is tough so I like his upside.

- Hamed needs more playing time. In his limited minutes he has prove to be effective in those limited minutes he played. Plus this season is a wash season for you guys anyways so you might as well see what he got.

- Trade away Mike Conley. I think this experiment with him is over. He looks like a career back up. You guys need a floor general. I think you guys could package him with Steven Hunter's expiring contract and Sam Young to Chicago and get Kirk Hinrich. Kirk is a franchise PG sitting on the bench for Chicago. I'm pretty sure Chicago looking to cut cost and Mike Conley will serve as a good backup to Rose. Plus Marcus Williams can be a stable back up for Hinrich.

- Last. Give Rudy close to what he wants for an extension. This kid deserves it. He wants to stay in Memphis. That alone would make me give him an extension.

- Now with a lineup of Kirk PG, Mayo SG, Gay SF, Marc PF and Thabeet C gives you a young core to compete for next year. Then you can start addressing other needs like bench and maybe coaching.

This is what I see from my eyes. :D

This season if they add a SG who can make 3's and plays defense, this team makes the playoffs!!!

Return to Memphis Grizzlies
