'Cox has been horrid so far, no doubt. But dude has shown he has some skillz, and can/will help this team in the near future. As amazingly fantastic as Big Ben has been, he will start to slow down a bit. We can't forget his age and the mileage on him, and he has been playing very heavy minutes so far. When Ben starts needing more rest, is when Chris will step in and show he can make a solid contribution to this team.

To be quite honest you could even switch their contracts and I'll easily take 'Cox over Max.

WTF? I didnt compare him to someone in the top 50. You brought him up, I didnt.

I was just making an observation for **** sake. What the hell?

You want to argue about something, then fine.

CV is the greatest Piston of all time, and will be a top 10 player when his career is over.

Now go to town wierdo.

Wrong. If you want to play devil's advocate you must say Stuckey was terrible and Bynum was really good last night.

No, you blame Stuckey for taking too many shots when he's supposed to be a PG and then claim that Bynum didn't shoot enough.

One surprising thing about the Bobcats is Nazr was their leading scorer tonight.

Trade Max for Nazr!

I suppose I should have used green font - I was being sarcastic.

On a more serious note though, it does speak to our defense (and how bad Charlotte is on offense) that Nazr was their leading scorer from garbage time points.

Wilcox hasnt shown that he is an NBA player for the past 2 seasons, he put up some mediocre stats on a terrible OKC team when they had no other opions but quickly lost PT when OKC got some better options and NY didn't even attempt to play him. Wilcox is terrible. If and when Ben slows down it will be Kwame getting minutes. Wilcox is fighting with minutes for Maxiel and Jerebko deserves to be playing before both of them

I most certainly agree, Chris has been godawful. Thats not even remotely in question.

However, Chris has shown that he has the abilty to play above average defense and be an fairly effective rebounder. He's not going to ever be confused with Karl Malone offensively, but he does have soft hands and generally has good instincts for dumpoffs and put backs. When he was playing well, he was a gritty/scrappy/get in your face style player which is why I believe Dumars has had his eye on him for awhile. I am not sure why he has fell completely off the map in recent memory but I do think he has a chance to rediscover himself, and make a positive contribution to the team. Also, even though he has been around for awhile, he is still rather young.

At least we can agree that he can only improve on what he is currently providing.

He may be the most offensivly gifted Piston ever. I honestly cant think of another Piston who not only has every move known to man, but can go on these insano scoring binges. Its like stepping up to the bar, and ordering not 1, not 2, but 12beers, and downing them in 1 minute.

**** guy is outragously talented on offense.

Holy ****-balls.

WOOOOOO there fella... that is just crazy talk. Did you ever see Isiah play?

I still laugh at this.
