Channing Frye in the three point shooting contest?

I know it's early but is it safe to say he's a lock to be in the 3 point shooting contest in the all-star game?

So far 9 games into the season he has made 25/57 three pointers and is one of the league leaders in 3 pointers, J-Rich isn't far behind either.

So who thinks he makes the contest? Anyone want to guess the amount he's made and attemped by all-star break?

he will have a lot of 3 point makes and attempts by then but hes not going to the contest... J RICH might but not Frye.

J-Rich probably has a better chance of getting in.

Channing Frye 25/57
J-Rich 24/43 in 2 less games.

I really thought he was going to be in the competition after the trade when he led the league in 3PT% and mades. It would have been nice if he was in the competition last year since it was in Phoenix.

If Anthony Morrow led the league in % and did not make, I doubt jrich or frye makes it either.

Too bad you guys didnt have jrich in his prime during the dunk contests. You would have had a sweet team.

I think it would be hilarious to have a center in the 3pt contest..which is to say that I think it's hilarious having a center camping out on the 3 point line calling for the ball every day

My girlfriend and I always joke about him being the shooting guard in her fantasy lineup

I think Nate Robinson said he wouldn't be in it UNLESS Lebron was in it. I think...

Oh man it would be awesome to see J-Rich in the dunk contest again. Wonder if he still has the legs to pull off some of the moves he used to?
