Question for a Mod about "Foe"
Three days ago, I designated a particular person as a "Foe" because I cannot deal with this person's posts. Why can I still see his posts? Please help!

I think I figured it out. Does one have to be signed in for the "foe" mechanism to block someone's posts? I think that is correct. Please verify.
