Nothing unusual about demolishing a team one night to then get demolished the next.

That was freakin awesome. I'm as tall as that guy, which makes it that much more amazing because there's no way I could have done that
Dear LA- yes, it does matter if you just got done playing a back to back against a tough team.

well, if you're going to play the "WE SHOULDA DRAFTED" game, let's see:
2009 - at number 14, Suns could have gotten:
-Ty Lawson
-Omri Casspi
-Taj Gibson
-DeJuan Blair
-Marcus Thornton
2008 - at number 15, Suns could have gotten:
-Marreese Speights
-Roy Hibbert
-JJ Hickson
-Javale McGee
-Deandre Jordan
-Ryan Anderson
-Courtney Lee
-Nicolas Batum
-George Hill
-Darrell Arthur
-Chris Douglas Roberts
-Luc Mbah a Moute
All 17 guys are making a bang in the NBA - playing extremely well with loads of minutes and loads of stats. All 17 are better than Lopez, Dragic, Clark.

Goran is playing like $hit right now. the guy is a TO machine and he looks very unconfortable with the ball and unconfortable running the offense. Watching Lawson play, it just sucks knowing we missed out on a good 1st rounder AGAIN!!!
Buy yeah, we didn't even play tonight and we moved up back to 1st play 10 games in.

Re: Thanks Denver and Atlanta!
Lawson's dunk was awesome.
He was one of the guys I wanted this draft, but I'm fine with Clark and his upside.
The 4 guys I wanted/was hoping would slip were : T.Will/Lawson/Jennings/Clark. All of em looking good or promising so far...

I agree with you 100% about 2008 but for 2009 I think the Suns made the right decision with Clark, the only other guy after him that stood out was Holiday but since it appears the Suns are in win now mode he was to much of a project and if the Suns traded up I was hoping it would be for Brandon Jennings. As for the list, Lawson...seems like a TJ Ford clone, probably will be a solid player but nothing that jumps out at you. Casspi, looks like a solid role player but at #14? Gibson, same thing as Casspi. Blair, 36 other teams passed on him and I'm still not sold on him, he's basically the size of a guard that plays under the basket and Thornton, the Suns already have J-Rich and Barbosa so no need for him.
Yeah though looking at that 2008 list I'm going wow...how was Lopez picked over those guys? Most of us knew he was going to be a bust yet he was picked that early...

Speights is nice but he's a PF, i doubt we would've drafted him if we had the 25th pick and he dropped down to there.

Eh, because he was white? Like Jacobson, Zarko before him?

Re: Thanks Denver and Atlanta!
the Lakers getting killed by the nuggets proves that the Suns only lost badly cause they were playing a back-to-back cause the Lakers just got killed on a back to back. YAY Suns number 1!!!!. The Suns are almost guarenteed to win the next game against the Raps (99.99% guarenteed)

ok, like it wasnt expected for me to go out there and defend dragic...
of the guards you mentioned...
dragic is at least equal to, if not better than george hill. hill is a good scorer, but dragic is still a better peasser. and keep in mind, hill at pick #15 is not very smart vs. dragic at 45.
ty lawson has not been in the league long enough- one monster dunk? didnt dragic own dwyane wade (more impressive, considering the defenders)? whatever, but again, lawson at 14 vs. dragic at 45?
lee, CDR, and thorton (who is mighty unproven) are all SGs, and were drafted above the dragon... hard to compare, plus, besides lee, i'd rather have the slovenian magic johnson...

all the big men (except taj gibson) i am cool with over fropez, but lets not fully judge that until lopez is NOT getting 20-10's...

i still respect the clark pick. it was a good pick, and so far, i like him. if he can get his jumper fixed he could be really good.

really? most of us thinks he has looked great.
lawson still only has that one (really cool) play. he has not been THAT great.

I agree that Dragic has looked extremely good, but you are completely wrong saying Lawson has not looked great. Lawson is going to be a solid starting PG, he looks amazing, he's like Nate Robinson except he actually plays defense and can run an offense, and will be a good PG in this league. He is the clear PG of the future for the Nug's.
