So what's this guy's deal?
Shooting terrible FT% which is one of his major strengths. Not getting many boards (not that he ever really has). And isn't taking as many shots as he used to.
Do you think he's still recovering from the eye surgery? Or should we not expect him to get back to top 10 material?
What's his trade value at right now?

Re: Amare Stoudemire - ??
I was looking through the Suns team stats to try to figure out what the "problem" is but I'm at a loss for a solid explanation...
My guess for why Amar'e isn't getting more rebounds though is that Grant Hill is rebounding at an absurd pace right now (averaging 8.2 rpg through the first 10 games of the season), but for his shot attempts it doesn't look like any of the Suns top guns are taking more shots than they have in years past either... And simple pace calculations seem to indicate that the Suns are playing at virtually the same pace as they were with D'Antoni...
Barring an injury I expect Amar'es numbers to improve as the season progresses but I don't see him returning to the 25-26 ppg beast of a few years back (I guess another thing to keep in mind is that he missed the last 24 games of the year last season, I don't know when he was cleared to go all-out post-surgery but he might just be shaking off the rust right now)

I'm really starting to lose my patience with Amare. Aside from what's already been brought up, his blocks are lacking as well. He averaged 2.1bpg back in 07-08 and is at 1.5blk for his career. All of a sudden he can barely block a shot now? I'm in a keeper league and I'm thinking about changing things up and trading him for someone like Brook Lopez.
