As for Flynn vs. Sessions. I think the coaching staff feels that Flynn is the obvious better talent and they want to put the best talent on the floor. Rambis has been pretty adamant (or stubborn) about his use of Flynn and Sessions and I haven't necessarily agreed with the way he's been using them, but he seems to have a method to his madness so I'm willing to ride it out a bit longer and see.
