Brandon Jennings trade ideas?

Post#1 » by marcroboy » Sun Nov 15, 2009 6:36 pm

Branden Jennings gets me points and 3s,but I'm already pretty good in those categories. I'm ranked pretty low in steals, blocks and assists(alhough the assits will go up once Devin Harris comes back).
Obviously the kid's value is at an all time high right now, I feel this is a good opportunity to make some improvement to my team.

What players should I be targeting? Jennings + filler for Josh Smith? Marcus Camby + filler? Are these good trades?

If you can get Josh Smith for Jennings do it in a heartbeat.

I'd be a bit wary of Camby only because he's likely to move back to the bench when Griffin returns, and he'll never give you 82 games of production.

Yea I would love Josh Smith too but I don't think it'll go through. Any other suggestions? What about greg Oden?

Al Jefferson - If you still believe he can bounce back. Which I seriously doubt.
Devin Harris - I know there are some GMs who are pissed right now.
Pau Gasol - Tell them that with bynum and Odom's production, Gasol's production shall drop.
Deron Williams - This is a reach, but worth a try.

If I had Jennings, I wouldn't accept Pau Gasol in return. He is borderline top 40 in my books. Top 50 if you factor in future games missed this season with more hamstring problems when he finally does get back.

Basically if you're not getting top 20 for Jennings, hang on to him.
