Found the video clip where Artest threw away Ariza's shoe.

Ariza got the last laugh though with a win :D

Of course, this is a game that ol' Butters has to miss because he's travelling for work.

This "job" of mine is starting to get tiresome. Already it has caused me to miss two games this season, and countless others in seasons past.

Sounds like an awesome win by our guys, tho!

What was up with Trevor's Shoe?

Did we win the other game too?

Have to come back and post this. I really like the manner the rockets came back from the early beating 16-2 down at LA to win this. Just give them much confidence about their ability to come back and build their confidence for future games. But don't make the cold start a habit!

You people are beautiful. Thank you for getting their own stupid fare-weather crowd to boo them.... I'll be honest, I'm not looking forward to the game on Tuesday. You scare me.

This is the type of hustle I'm talking about earlier in the thread:

muchos gracias, both teams should put up a good fight on tuesday , good times when the crowd was booing, good times

this is a great win, shane usually playing the kobe stopper role on houston, and he barely played 18 minutes, and ariza less than 10 pts. not only that, our best inside defender chuck hayes w/ 20 min played, 2 fouls . this win will prolly be one of the best wins this year . bench stepping in w/o remorse

Good job by the Rockets tonight, it's not hard for me to give props because this team plays more to what real people can relate to.........hustle and heart. The thing is these guys know they're not super stars and won't get the help of the refs all game long, so to negate the need to rely on refs they bust ass for 48 minutes. Bottom line is we got dealt with.

BTW the Sun fan is only jockin because the Rockets beat the Lakers........I bet he doesn't come in when you guys deal them a blow on Tuesday. I'll be rooting for you guys. See ya January 5th !

I hope we can sell high on Andersen. Other than his shooting, he really doesn't bring anything to the table (his form is awkward to boot). Doesn't seem like a Morey type of player.

Completely disagree. I think you guys forget how bad Scola looked in the beginning. Andersen is starting to figure it out way faster than Luis did. I don't mind trading him...but I'm not hoping to unload the guy before we really see what he's worth.

Nah, they play hard night in and night out. If they beat us, I'll own up to it no problem. We'll both have a full day of rest and I actually have a lot of respect for the Rockets. Should be a good game, looking forward to it

And yes, I am here because they beat the Lakers. I made that quite clear. No translation needed

See everyone, signs of improvement in Andersen. I am very, very happy with this win. Way to shut down Kobe!

I haven't got much else to say, so I won't waste your time anymore.

Next Game please!

I hope I eat crow too, but what does he bring to the table besides his shooting?

Good to see the Lakers can still call Aaron Brooks their daddy.

Yep, like I said in the 1st post, they just can't deal with Brooks.
I don't get why they put Fisher on him and not Brown, but love it.
Good game by Chase and Landry, good game overall for the team.
Couldn't be happier with this team right now.

Great victory last night, this team has so much heart. To come out after a loss to an in-form Sacramento side, and to fall 16-2 down, we were staring down the barrel of something disgusting. But slowly but surely, we worked our way back into the game.

Andersen gave us a lift in the second-quarter, he was on fire, and then at the start of the fourth, he was $$$ with his jumper, which helped us spread the floor.

Brooks came alive in the third, hitting four three-pointers in a row. Awesome stuff from AB, good bounce-back after a few indifferent games.

Bench was outstanding again. Already mentioned the contribution of DA, but Budinger didn't let Kobe get away on him, Landry made some clutch fourth-quarter baskets, and Lowry was out-and-about when he was on.

This is a team with great role players who are boxing above themselves. I would love a star without such a big ego (is it possible) to just fit in and take this team even higher.

Missed the game. Maybe i should skip all of the Rockets game this year. I haven't watched a winning game so far in the season. The closest was when we were leading by like 17 points against the Mavericks in the 3rd quarter or something. We ended up losing that game anyhow.

I think i'm cursed.
