PG situation

Post#1 » by phailing101 » Mon Nov 16, 2009 9:02 pm

Hey- just looking for some friendly insider info regarding TJ Ford and Watson.

I have to lock my roster in a few hours for the entire week and want to start one and MAYBE both given the play 4 times.

Is Ford going to be back starting? Should I roll with Watson?

Love to be able to watch them hitting the catalyst of my team (Granger) for open 3s all week!

TJ Ford seems to be coming back, but he's still not getting starter minutes and is still injury-prone as ever. He hurt himself on a pump-fake...

Regardless who starts, Earl will get the majority of minutes as things stand. Ford needs to be more competitive on both ends in order to finish ballgames.

I wouldn't count on TJ having a stellar year. If he manages his minutes and can stay out of health issues he may present some decent form, but I doubt it will be of either consistency or quality stats.

It's possible that Earl ends up starting by the end of this year. I wouldn't mind seeing Troy and Tj being moved before the trade deadline

There is a situation which clearly involves point guards in some capacity. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but it probably involves either Earl Watson or TJ Ford, or maybe both. More information as the situation develops, or not.
