Collins/Griffin/Lopez

Isn't it crazy how we have 3 guys on the team, all with brothers who currently play in the NBA for other teams?

Absolutely. Can't believe Collins put up great numbers tonight.
The Phoenix Suns - 54-28. Projected Record: 54-28 3rd Seed

The Phoenix Suns - 2010-2011 Projected Record: 30-52 3rd lottery pick.

Wasnt it because Sarver was going to sell the team to Disney, and then they were going to make a movie about it?

I started that other thread, yes....

This is a Disney team in the making. Come playoff time freak accidents will happen to starters and bench players until Collins, Lopez, and Griffin will have to guide this team to a championship. A series of trades will be made and coincidentally their better all star famous brothers will all be on the Celtics and heart will overcome skill and the unsung brothers will bring home the trophy. The team will then be sold to Disney.

The thing about having identical twins is, when we're deep in the playoffs and NJ and the Clipps have gone fishing, we can just slip Blake Griffin and Brook Lopez into Suns unis and have them suit up as their brothers :D

I really hope that they keep Lopez AND Collins once Robin is healthy. Collins is the depth that we need if we want to make a deep push into the playoffs (which seems more and more likely to happen)

My conspiracy theory is Phnx was paid to draft and sign Griffin .... and place him in a market very close to his brother. They are a tight family and I am sure it has been beneficial to all that both sibs play w/in a short distance. He truly has no purpose on this team, being 4th or 5th on the SF depth chart ????

I think he will be sacked... but I forget the time frames about when his deal becomes guaranteed for the yr. He is a non problem filler till we see what we need for a paly off push (if so lucky).

Lopez was drafted about 8 pickes early.....

Having Collins actually makes sense... though he is a brick layer.

As mentioned elsewhere... keep an crazy eye on Kurt Thomas.... too bad he doesn't have a brother in the league.

Nice theory.
But Kerr and the management seem to praise Taylor Griffin on his "hard-work" which is something Kerr is trying to build around. I'm thinking Griffin might not be cut, Tucker maybe.

You know they're not even twins right?

Taylor's 3 years older and like 12 levels lower
