I dont think Ty will get let go but his staff is going to change. They just dont get the players there, Jonathon Stewart out of Lacy goes to Oregon, Taylor Mays out of Odea goes to SC and Stephen Shilling out of Bellevue goes to Michigan. Those are 3 of the 4 best players out of this state in the last 3 years that leave the state. They did get Jake Locker but that's batting .250 and you need to keep the players in your own state.

On a sidenote Jim Mora jr who is a defensive coordinator for the Seahawks has made it know to some that he would love the Husky job.

Any good reasons?

And the Huskies are NOT the Dawgs. The Dawgs are the Dawgs.

It needs to be loud to drown out the celebrating of the other team.

Ok, I'm done. Carry on.

I agree that's part of the problem, but I'm not sure new staff is the solution. You'd need a real recruiting guru to help things up there and I don't know how many of those are out there. Ty has never recruited well, which was one of the causes for his ND departure. And it seems a lot of Husky players are leaving the team.

This was a post on a prominent Husky board:

"However, we're starting so see signs of systemic issues. It's no longer those soft RN recruits who can't handle Ty's discipline who are leaving. It's not even those less talented Gilby recruits who can't compete physically who bail. Now it's Ty's own guys who are giving up on the staff.

This team has depth issues - major depth issues. One of the exuses people continually make is that we are young. If the revolving door continues, players continue to leave after two or three years and others continue to get run off before their fifth year we will ALWAYS be young.

The excuses are starting to clash with one another. At some point people are going to have to accept that Ty's ceiling is unacceptably low."

The Washington Times just called out Ty as well. I'm sure he'll make changes to his staff, but I think those are just a prelude to his eventual dismissal. Just my opinion.

That would be the Seattle Times, Steve Kelley in particular. There seems to be something going on there, Chris Chambers a promising wr bolts a year ago, JR Hasty who was one of the better backs in the state leaves recently. Not sure what is up but to me they're trying to build this perfect program with model citizens and it doesnt work that way. My guess is Ty will get some new coaches and when that doesnt work he'll be gone. Absolute worse news is Jake Locker will most likely bolt after next season. Good luck filling that void.

I learned the 127.7 db reading is an Autzen Stadium record, but not a national record. Apologies to monkeyfeng.

Is Penn State really that bad? Because Ohio State really looked that good.

JR hasty was pwnage in high school but he's a spoiled brat. he thinks he doesn't have to go to class to be the start of the team. he sucks.

no need. it was obvious. i'm sure there are other stadiums that are louder than husky stadium.

well im not saying they go hand in hand but you think if 90,000 screaming fans can cause a small earthquake it'd have to be pretty damn loud.

tell that to the pac10 refs. last year at a cal basketball game (i think against ua) there was an earthquake. building shook, a few pieces of probably old confetti or something fell from the roof. the game stops. the ref goes over to ben braun (cal's coach) and informs braun that there will be a technical assessed to cal because the cal fans are shaking the building and throwing things onto the court and that braun should get on the arena mic and tell people to behave. ahh, pac10 refs. :banghead:
