I think Gomes and Sessions have the most value for us, and Brewer the least value. Brewer is only shooting 36%. That doesn't cut it for a team like us that needs to surround Jefferson with shooters. From the "triangle" standpoint, that offense needs shooters. That isn't Brewer. Maybe something miraculous happens between now and the trade deadline. Brewer starts shooting even in the low 40's, which isn't great, but gets into respectable range if you can play defense and play with high energy. But as of now, I"d say he's gone.
Gomes is in a different situation. He is a great 7th or 8th player on a good team. But we are looking for guys to "complete a team. We are looking for our top 5. If trading Gomes gives Kahn the cap space to get a top free agent, I'm all for it.
Flynn hasn't come close to showing he can pass at the NBA level. He has more turnovers than assists. Until Flynn shows he can pass, I wouldn't consider trading Flynn [unless we were getting back a great player for him.] Wouldn't trade him for cap space.
Of course he has more TOs than assists, look who we have around him, he'll be lucky to dish 2 assists a night
Sessions is playing the same offense and has 40 assists and 21 turnovers.
Flynn has 38 assists and 43 turnovers.
To be clear Sessions ast/turnover ratio was almost 3:1 last year vs 2:1 now, so I think this offense is hurting both Sessions and Flynn. But Sessions is certainly handling it much better than Flynn.
