He had the exact tattoo on his right bicep .. and he's in Toronto doing a seminar at Toronto BJJ

I'm not a loser that is going to pull out a camera phone and take a picture of him. Sorry, I'm not a teenager.

Hands up if you thought this was some kind of weird mis-spelling/nickname for our Asst. GM.

No, if anything a teenager is a person who makes up stories without any verifiable proof.

If not, almost any idiot can claim they seen whomever and just reference any event ie/ I can say I partied with Shaq during Caribana and we banged a bunch of hos - until I have a single picture to prove it everything I say can be written off as trolling.

Also that you have no clue who he was with.....you didn't see his brother Ninja? his manager Alosno? I mean who other then you supposed seen a tatt on his right bicep?

You do know he has tatts on EACH bicep right?

Bottomline is heresay never goes over well. Next time take a pic and stop being such an insecure teenager worrying how people will "judge" you for taking a pic with a great fighter.

He's not lying. Shogun was here for an autograph session/seminar over the weekend.

I know this because he was doing it at the gym I go to (Toronto BJJ). Andre Dida, who runs the gym is his muay thai coach when he's prepping for a fight. I was at a boxing class last week and Shogun walked in to say hi. I got nervous for some reason.

Matt Serra, Dan Henderson and Rich Franklin were here this weekend, too.

Assuming he walks around at ~225 pounds, and trains a ton the guy probably needs to take in 5000-6000 calories a day just to maintain his weight without gaining any.

That's pretty cool. I actually ran into Rashad at Eaton Centre over the summer. I saw him from a distance but didn't bother approaching as all the guys seemed to be in awe of him much like schoolgirls over a Twilight star.

who are you...and when were you deputized? Jesus, STFU.

between training camps some athletes deliberately put on body fat. it can be easier to convert fat to muscle than it is direct calories.

within reason for most sports. body builders, though, out-of-season will often look like complete slobs.
