The good team in Chicago @ San Jose 11/25/09

Post#1 » by SportsWorld » Tue Nov 24, 2009 4:11 am

The debut of Hossa!

Hawks go for their first 8 game win streak since they had an 8 game win streak last year which was ended by back-to-back defeats to the Detroit Red Wings on December 30th and January 1st.

<3 the thread title.

This will be a tough game. Sharks are not as fast as us, but they are big, physical, skate, and defend very well.

I definitely want that win against San Jose. Its promising that we're only 4 points behind them and we've played 3 less games.

Couldn't have picked a bigger game to make his debut. This should be a great one.

4-0 Hawks on a Byfuglien goal.

Hard to believe the Sharks are the best in the NHL.

:o

Not the score I was expecting when I tuned in. Thought it would be relatively close.

The soccer team chokes in the conference finals every year. And they're a soccer team.

So, jumped in my car and turned on 720, caught the beginning of the postgame show. 7-2 was just unfathomable to me.

Recorded the game and gonna zoom through it before bed. But wow is this team something special.

From a Sharks board:
This has NOTHING to do with Chicago. Sharks are a more talented team and actually have a goaltender. The score is a result of the Sharks playing like crap. Just like last year the Sharks were outplayed almost every game in the 2nd half. They managed to win anyway. That isn't going to happen against a good team.

Hopefully thier goaltending will hold up until after the trade deadline. Then they will have to hope Niemi can get the job done because there is no way they are going to win a Cup with Huet in net. Maybe a round at the most.

Return to Chicago Blackhawks
