To be fair, I thought Memo's deal at the time made sense because I figured the Jazz and Carlos had burned their bridges.

offensively his natural position definitely PF, he started his career at 4 and iirc scores about 5 ppg more when he is playing PF. defensively he can't really stop either position so it is moot.

he would make a pretty good supersub but having your bench making more money than your starters is not the most efficient way to run a team.

He need to drop a lot of weight to play PF. Doubt it's possible thru the season.
He actually can defend C's of NBA, but they need to be big so he can bang with them (like Shaq and Yao) when Center can shoot and drive Okur is worthless.
