WINNING ON THE ROAD:

The key for the Jazz winning on the road is holding teams to less than 50 in the first half.

Last year the Jazz were 3-19 (.136) on the road when the home team scored 50 or more in the first half and 12-7 (.632) when the home team scored less than 50.

OPP 50 or more @ 1/2: We were 1-3 when in front at half, 0-1 when tied at half and 2-15 when behind at half.
OPP less than 50 @ 1/2: We were 9-2 when in front at half, 0-1 when tied at half and 3-4 when behind at half.

It doesnt seem to matter if it is a high scoring game or not. The Jazz were 6-10 (.375) when they scored 50 or more in the first half on the road and 9-16 (.360) when the Jazz scored less than 50.

Away games so far this season:

Home Team scored 50 or more: 1-3 (.250) L @ DEN, L @ BOS, W @ PHI, L @CLE
Home Team scored less than 50: 2-1 (.666) L @ DAL, W @ NYK, W @SAS

3/4 TIME STATS:

33-1 when leading by more than 3 at 3/4 time (H 27-1, A 6-0) Note: The loss was to Minny at end of season.

5-10 when trailing between 4 and 9 at 3/4 time (H 2-2, A 3-8)
0-14 when trialing by 9 or more at 3/4 time (H 0-3, A 0-11)

3/4 stats so far this season:

The key for the Jazz winning on the road is having the most points when the game is over.

So basically, when the other team doesn't score as many points the Jazz are more likely to win.

Just like Doug Collins said.
"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious."
