Orlando just lost a heartbreaker at home and it will be the second of a back to back. Hawks coming off I think 5 days rest. THis is set up for a big W at home.

We get to rock the new jerseys. Cant wait!

I expected the Jason Williams bird to have more tats. Should be a tough game. Magic weren't very happy with the officiating on Wednesday night. Early line is Atlanta -2.5 and 199 O/U. I'll take the under.

Updated line: o/u 196 with Atlanta favored by 3.5.

I still like the under as did the early bettors.

if Horford can get a face the basket game and hit some 15 ft jump shots, it could really help the Hawks.

Josh also needs to establish himself i the post and get some baskets and fouls going towards the rim.

in all the Orlando games, it always seems like, as Joe goes, so doe the Hawks. Joe had his first, off night of the season in the last game against the Hornets. lets hope he worked that out, or atleast Crawford can pick up the slack with a big game.

Over actually looks good to me. We're going to come out running and gunning. They're going to be tired in the second half. I'd take the hawks and the over.

This reminds me of the Cleveland series last year. The Hawks just dont move the ball well when the game slows down.

The Magic don't even have Jameer Nelson and we are getting punked at home. Looks like the same team that I saw last year.

Its been a long time since ive seen a team shoot this bad for a half. No ball movement, no frontcourt play leads to RAPE. Anthony Johnson is trash and hes smoking us! No crowd for alot of the game. No effort on the offensive boards. I am still baffled by the lack of calls that JJ gets.

It's safe to say we aren't going to do anything big this year. This is inexcuseable.

Hawks really deserve to lose this one, especially Joe. it all started when Joe decided to be selfish and start over dribbling and go one on one against the rest of the Magic.

14 point lead early in the 3rd and Joe decides to go one-against-the-world. Joe Johnson lost this game with pitiful selfishness. For too long, it was Joe (or Bibby) ONLY, with the rest of the team getting token shots.

Joe lost this game. And I don't say stuff like that easily.

I don't care that they shot 20 FTs while we only got 7. I don't care that they grabbed and pulled and we got called for touch fouls. I don't care about any mistake anyone else wants to mention, trying to share the blame. Joe Johnson lost this game.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

So true. JJ ruined all team energy in the 3rd by trying to be the hero.

Well it's still early to say "we aren't going to do anything big this year" just as it would have been too early to say the Hawks were the team to beat if they held on to their halftime lead. It was just one game.

With that said..the offense in the 2nd half was unwatchable. The Hawks either need to become better in the halfcourt(unlikely)or learn to dictate the tempo of the game. We started out the year with a top 5 pace but it looks like we are probably going to finish under the league average again for some reason.
