I think it's like the mama bear who protects her cubs. Or the Cub Scout's mom who makes the good cookies.

I thought it had something to do with the hierarchy of lesbian cults. Wikipedia fails again...

Oh, that was my fault.

Yeah, since every player in the NBA dreams of playing in orange and blue.

I think it's funny how many Knicks fans fail to realize that the ONLY reason why any player would play for the Knicks is because they'd be playing in a bigger market. I know they wouldn't wanna go there for the FO, coaching staff and the lack of young, upcoming impact players.

David Lee isn't bad. Wilson Chandler isn't horrible. All that Danilo Gallinari has is potential and upside. Outside of those three players, you have nothing any player wants to surround himself with, except playing in the most famous city in the world.

We likely won't get a max contract, and we know it. But we probably have just as good of a chance as your knicks, and you don't know it

As Narf points out, the Minneapolis can attract high profile free agents like Brett Farve. Its not the city that people should point to alienating most free agents, but MIN's win-loss record.

Which is exactly why NYC shouldn't be bad mouthing other team's likelyhood of getting a free agent. They are bad too, and worse for the Knicks, they have rabid NYC media that will roast a free agent who comes to NYK's team, if the team still gets losses.

I just have to think that with all the anticipation for this FA class that more value can be had for Blount's expiring deal. Admittedly I'm not hiding under Kahn's desk during calls so I can't tell you what an accurate value is, however many signs point to it being more than Chandler and a 2nd.
