Just a heads up, it wasnt a normal practice:

Rambis conducted a lively two-hour practice on Thanksgiving morning intended to be fun and festive. Guards went against big men in drills and a scrimmage.

"I was thinking the worst, especially the way we played the night before," Jefferson said of the holiday practice. "It was a fun practice. We laughed. We got work done, but coach was trying to show us a good time, put a smile on our face, loosen us up. Hopefully, it will work."

I voted for Rambis for a few reasons.

1) Rambis is not a coach that every offseason you go, will he stay or will he go? I am enjoying Brett Farve currently, but I know I will get annoyed when the circus next year begins with him pondering over his retirement until the last second. McHale would be the same way every season.

2) McHale might produce more wins this season but I do not see as the guy that can bring us to that elite level. The x and o's kind of guy that in a tight game can make the changes necessary to win. It is too early to tell with Rambis, but from what I see he has more of those traits.

3) McHale had to leave just so that there was not the feeling of the old regime still in power.

4) Rambis is more of a work-aholic then McHale. This will pay divdends as this team develops.

5) Looking back I wish Rambis would have brought at least one assistant coach that played the style of offense he wants to run (fast paced/triangle). Please correct me if Wohl or Theus did, I know Bill did not. But I do like Rambis's assistant staff more then what we had last year which is what we would have had with McHale, besides Dean Cooper.
