Ty Lawson

Post#1 » by hobojoe2131 » Mon Nov 30, 2009 4:38 pm

As a knick fan I really wanted him during the draft, and when I saw Minn take him I was sure Donnie Walsh would make a trade. I should have known better :(

Anyways, I'm not at all surprised that he's playing well. What's his trade availability? I know the Nuggets were interested in D Lee last year. Would a Malik Allen and Lawson for Lee trade get it done? Thanks for any responses.

Sure if we were as short as the Warriors. But no, we're not looking to get an expiring contract for our future starting PG ( although dumping Allen sounds very nice :) ).

Can't see us trading Ty in almost any deal for quite some time. About the only way would be if we were getting a bonafide all-star, but that wouldn't be likely at all.

Lee would definitely be great, but not at the expense of Lawsome.
