As a knicks fan, I am intensely jealous that you guys got DeJuan and only superstar in this draft.

Just wondering, why don't you guys think my man DB is getting more playing time?

There are a number of reasons why Blair isn't getting a lot of minutes right now.

1) He doesn't rotate very well on defense. This should improve as he spends more time in the system.

2) He's a rookie and he has a tendency to make the expected mistakes. Gregg Popovich has never been known to have a lot of patience for rookies.

3) His game doesn't mesh well with Duncan's right now. This is because his jumpshot is non existant and therefore he wouldn't provide good spacing for Tim.

5) The guys ahead of him in the rotation are playing quite decently. McDyess is rounding into some form and Matt Bonner has been a very reliable bench player. If either of these guys falter I think Blair will get more minutes.

Hell of a game against Boston. 2nd best player we had other than Duncan that game. If he keeps it up then pop has no choice but to play him more. For being undersized he played well against KG and Sheed.

And he did it on both ends, his offense has been great lately.

He really started to play well after Sheed started talking trash after he hit that wide open three. Then the beast was unleashed and he started dominating the paint. I was so pissed when we stopped feeding Blair the ball after Duncan came back into the game.
