Re: Rambis ruining Flynn
How is the rapport between Kahn and Rambis?
Some days ago, the spanish television was talking about the importance in the NBA of a good rapport between a Operations Director and the head coach. They put as good rapport example Kerr and Gentry of Phoenix Suns, and example of bad rapport Kahn and Rambis
, because they are like a divas conflict.
Is this true? Do they a good teamwork together?

Kahn and Rambis get along great. I think one thing we learned this summer is to question the credibility of the spanish media.
btw, notice how we are running more high screen/rolls and not always the pinch/post triangle sets?

I never will be the defender of the spanish media here, specially the sports media, but this information is provided by Antoni Daimiel, a spanish journalist specialized about the NBA. Maybe he was wrong, but he is a honest dude, I think.

Re: Rambis ruining Flynn
The comment probably wasn't about how they get along, it's how they work together and it was probably inspired by that Kahn has acquired a bunch of point guards that seemingly don't fit in with Rambis's system. The comment is premature, but I understand the motivation.

Re: Rambis ruining Flynn
There is nothing out there to derive a bad relationship between the two.
The only thing I can think of is that Kahn stated you can play 2 PGs together and Rambis hasn't really warmed up to it. Kahn later came out and said it's the coaches decision and he's praised Rambis multiple times since then.
All it is, is spin. BSPN. Bullshiet.

No, I think he wasn't talking about basket. He was talking about non-compatible personalities, not about players signed by Kahn before Rambis was Minnie's coach.
BTW, Daimiel has criticized (the only one I read) directly the Rubio's decision for stay in Spain two years. He always says about NBA "the sooner the better".

The last summer you was reading a collection of stupidities written by soccer's journalists in soccer's media, like MARCA, but Daimiel is a good journalist, trust me.

Sorry, I would like to notice you about the phucked offensive triangle, but I haven't phucked idea of basket.
BTW reverendo, quid pro quo, ... What's your purpose here?

That seems fairly ridiculous then, Kahn hired Rambis 4 months ago. Why would Kahn hire someone he doesn't get along with or what does Daimiel think happened in that period of time to change Kahns mind.

Don't give it importance, it's only one question about the Daimiel's opinion, simply I was surprised to hear it.

I love basketball. I have been a wolves fan since I was 11 years old. That is why I am here.
Did you really say you do not know triangle offense and you do not know basketball?

No, I haven't enough technical knowledges about basket. Simply I don't want to seem I know basketball because I hate the smart asses in the sports.
When I am watching a basketball game, I enjoy looking the players attacking and defending, but if something goes wrong with the team I don't know the technical solution, like the 95% of basketball's fans.
It's the second time you ask me the same. Why you are interested in this?

This isn't a purpose, it's a reason.
