Question from someone going to Nets/Bobcats game

Post#1 » by Tai » Thu Dec 3, 2009 10:38 pm

Yeah, I'm going to the Nets/Bobcats game on Friday, and since my college was giving away the tickets, I won't know how good my seats are until I get there. Oh, and I spent $10 for them, and my college claims I'll get my money back after we come back from the game...but I have to go to the game to get the refund.

ANYWAYS, I was wondering what were the chances I could steal a good seat later in the game, since everyone says the stadium is always empty?

Your chances are excellent with a chance of the lower 5 rows.

Is this just a guess, or are you a season ticket holder who knows no one sits around there? : )

Regardless, thanks. I was hoping a Nets season ticket holder would say he or she wasn't going to this game and I'd just take his seat later in the game. Either way, I suppose it's a risk to take a seat which clearly isn't mine.

I used to be a season ticket holder.
I also used to go to a lot of games over the years.
If you are slick, it is easy to "sneak" down into the lower levels, but truthfully with how bad attendance is recently, security is likely to care less and at halftime of the reallly empty games a lot of times they call out over the PA system for anyone who wants to move down to empty lower level seats.

I see. I hope my luck stats are up that night.

Much appreciated, bro. : )

the arean is usually half empty...with the Bobcats in town, you should have no problem moving into a better seat...The Izod center may even make an arena annoucement that can directly affect your seating...

Return to Brooklyn Nets
