Do we expect Davis to help with the rebounding? If we dont improve on grabbing boards, we wont be winning #18.

Davis isn't a great rebounder. He'll help on the offensive glass, but just a little bit. We miss Powe and his beastly rebounding skills.

I think one reason we got dominated tonight on the glass was b/c we played Scal vs Bonner instead of Sheldon. But Scal matches up better with Bonner. Williams wouldn'tve been able to defend the perimeter.

I'm waiting also. Man, that IQ Test ad is getting on my freakin nerves.

The past few games, its taken a while to get the VC thread up. Is there someone assigned to do them, kinda like WTB traditionally does game threads?

I know ex has done the last few.

What ad? Firefox ad block ftw

Good win on the road. But we got killed on the boards 55-32. And yes, Davis will help on the boards because he is a shape eater.

Pierce had only 2 rebounds and 0 assists. When he isn't scoring, he needs to help the team other ways. KG, Wallace, and Rondo played well. Ray and Perkins were ok. Daniels is a dissapointment so far.

Nice win......good to see KG getting better and Sheed getting in better game shape. Again the team is still a work in progress and this is just another brick in the wall game. The team is yet fully staffed...needs only to stay and get fully healthy.

While I think Davis will help when he gets back, I laugh when I see people saying he will solve our rebounding woes...the guy is undersized and cannot jump...besides taking up space, I don't see him as the magic bullet to the rebounding problems...
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

Space and position is the key to rebounding......ask Duncan.....Davis is a space eater.
But it seems the C's win the game and folks here are never satisfied....even for a 24 hr period. Let's find a problem...hmmmm that's it....there was a rebounding difference......let's jump on that.....       I just love it.

Find me how many teams that won a chip being near last in rebounding. I'm positive it's far and few between and it wasn't like this the previous 2 years so I don't get it.

I seem to recall during 2007-2008 hearing "we'll never win a championship turning the ball over so much"...

I LOVE THIS TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Rebounding is an issue, no doubt.
Davis' stat sheet does not reflect his value inside. He is a tank and teammates grab the boards because of his beastly positioning. Could we be a better rebounding team, Hell YEAH!!!!

The Bulls Teams that won 6 championships were not monster rebounding teams even with Grant and Cartwright or Rodman and longley. I am not saying Your(collectively) wrong and i do wish we were better at rebounding but we do so many things so well. A glaring weakness can be an achilles heal but I don't see us that way.

We do need to improve and the concern on this board shows we have caring fans, but we are still a great team. Let's see how we look a month after davis is back in the rotation. And yes we could use an adjustment in personnel to aid us but we all know this will happen anyway so let's take solace in that. 8-) 8-) 8-)

We played a bad game and still won. That's a sign of a good team, especially on the road.
